Slow Food Columbus

Slow Food Columbus on Columbus Foodcast

Posted on:

The guys (and gal — hi Mary) from Columbus Foodcast dropped by our place a few weeks back to hang out, have dinner, have a few drinks, and talk about the Slow Food movement in general and Slow Food Columbus in particular. We had a lovely evening, and we just got word that the episode that came out of that evening is now available on the iTunes store. We gave it a listen ourselves and had a ball reliving a very pleasant evening. We didn’t even hate hearing our own voices played back to us!  Check it out, and check out their back-episodes as well — fun, funny, and informative.

I forgot to thank you for the plug last week. That episode was the first time I attempted use of the Levelator during post production. It made everybody sound much more audible; thanks for suggesting it.

The dinner you two served while we recorded was sublime. If anybody reading this is ever invited to a meal at Colleen and Bear’s abode, cancel any conflicting plans and attend.
