Our Cin Cin (“Cheers!”, in Italian) meet-and-greets return with a visit to one of our favorite spots in the city: the patio at Basi Italia.
We love to meet Slow Food members and others who are interested in Slow Food, and one of the best ways to do that is over food and drinks! Please come out and join us at Basi, where bartender Phil Richardson, formerly of the late, lamented Details, has been working on a new cocktail menu that combines smart mixology with the flavor-pairing wisdom of the kitchen. Chef John Dornback, who kicked off our annual Flying J Farm dinners back in 2008, will be on hand to provide a few nibbles as well.
So come out to the patio at Basi, check out the new cocktail menu, kick around ideas for future Slow Food events, and most of all, enjoy. We hope to see you there!
