Lisa at Restaurant Widow will be running a series of educational dinners this summer, in which she’ll be heading to the local farmer’s markets, shopping for whatever’s fresh, and putting together dinner for 16 people or so, which she and her husband will be pairing with some very interesting wines. We’ve benefitted quite directly from their food and wine expertise before, so we have no doubt that these will be drop-dead amazing combinations. The dinners will also feature an educational component: Lisa and her husband will talk about the origins of the food in each course. All in all, these sound like an amazing experience!
