3210348052_56509511e7_m Congratulations to Slow Food Columbus member Jim Ellison for his impressive second and third place finishes in the Second Annual Clintonville Chili Bowl! Proceeds for the event went to the Clintonville Resource Center. His two entries were the “wild” and “mild” chilis. He will be judging on February 21 at the North Market Fiery Foods Festival. 11 a.m is the Professional Chili Cook-Off and at Noon check out the Amateur Chili Cook-Off.

    In unrelated news, Jim has just been named official Slow Food Columbus chili chef. Duties include supplying the leadership with chili at all official events…. ;-)
