We at Slow Food focus on food for various reasons. Some of us are really into sustainability or biodiversity, others are more interested in conviviality, still others emphasize taste. But one thing does unite us:
We’re food geeks.
So it’s exciting to see fellow food geeks open up a business that lets the rest of the city benefit from their geekery.
That, in a nutshell, is Columbus Food Adventures.
When our friend and board member, Bethia Woolf, told us that she was going to start running tours of both the well-known and lesser-known Columbus eating establishments that she has sought out and publicized over the last few years, we were thrilled to hear it. We couldn’t imagine anyone better suited for the job.
So congratulations on the new launch, Bethia! And if you haven’t already done so, drop by her site and give it a look.
